Me too, if I don't get my two default names then that's gonna be at least a two hour roadblock before I can play on Saturday, else I wont even be able to LOOK at my character if they get stuck with a second rate name.

I cannot wait to take my time, BWE's etc i'd quickly glance over stuff, just to get my 4 hour fix of PVP(didnt want to spoil pve) lol, but i fully plan on actually reading(traits/spells etc), and taking it ALL in Woop 1 day 20 hours to go

Actually i care a lot about names too, but i pick them only after i've create the character.
I just hope my Asura name i used in beta will be available.
The rest will come through inspiration and some internet research.

I have 1 name i want particular. but i did have a name that is basically real life name with switched last name letters. however i think i get a ban by doing so since of the "no real name" policy.

There isn't one by default (IIRC), so you'll have to bind it yourself.

Include hate speech or bigoted slurs
Reference sexual acts or real life violence.
Are pornographic.
Make inappropriate references to human anatomy or bodily functions.
Reference illegal drugs or activities.
Reference religious or historical figures.
Reference real-life people.
Reference names of copyrighted or trademarked characters, materials, or products.
Use misspellings or alternative spellings of names that violate any of the above rules.

they mean famous people, I don't think you'ld get in trouble for making an ugly character with a name referencing your mother in law. A friend of mine made a priest in WoW called Roger Vangheluwe (pedophile bishop in Belgium) , wasn't banned, and I think they have somewhat the same policy.

Does anyone remember the thread for gw1 where a guy asked why his character "I Master Bait" was flagged inappropriate?
