Your "friend" (cough cough ) has potential but doesn't use it. The haircut reminds me of like, a 10 year old boy. Summer is coming, he's sick of his hair, so his dad takes the trimmer and wrooom, it gets like that. In my book, if you want to be a handsome guy and want to appeal girls, just at least... use 15 minutes to care about your appearance Don't use old, plain, boring clothes. Use stuff you're comfortable with, but aren't completely washed out (that shiiiirt, the neck is so sloppy it almost becomes a v-neck). Of course, being outgoing, confident and social always helps if you want to get to know people, in any way :P Ask him to have a few more beers... Then he'll be talking sooner or later

I guess it all depends on what kind of girl he's after, but I guess that's what appeals to the majority.
