My problem is that I fall in love too easily. If I'm into someone and they're into me, I kinda put blinders on to any red flags or indications it may not work, and I don't even do it intentionally.

I used to be like that, you'd be surprised how you can change when the knife stuck in your back is big enough. Not saying I have trust issues, but I definitely know to take the blinders off as soon as possible.

Like you said earlier, meeting someone to date isn't the hard part. It's finding someone worth being with who won't walk all over you or just wants a relationship with any warm body that's the hard part.

I'm halfway there to just not trying for anything serious around here, might just go home for a bit, see if I can find a pretty Greek girl, Lord knows Greeks love playing matchmaker.

Haha, a Greek wedding would be fun.

I dunno, I've dated almost entirely non-Greeks since coming to the US. Might be nice to have someone without a big gap in language/religion/culture. Take out some of the potential conflicts.

And I miss having someone make me the Greek food for a change instead of me making it for someone else.

I like that eye color! I've always wanted something similar. I heard rumors of a color changing surgery for eyes but it turned out to be extra risky, sadly.

I exclusive did not date anyone of my parents nationality. I rebelled against it...

But as I grew older I find myself reaching out to my culture, its food, history, and generally my past.

It would be great having homemade Moussaka, or boureko. , I tend not to put as much heart into it when I make it for myself.

North American diets are very easy to fall into.
