4.0.3 to 4.0.6 was 140mb, but 4.1 has quite a bit more than that.

Edit: Google search brought up nothing of use.

I assume if it was very big (over a gig or so) it'd of had some stuff background downloaded, but no one will know till the US downloads it I guess

almost like you read my mind as I posted heh,

the only reason I can assume is we already have the vast majority of the patch downloaded, Sounds for ZG and ZA, most of the char models, weapons etc already exist, so its not as big as if they added it all brand new

Usually that's only for very big patches, namely content patches.

I think it is somewhat bigger than the previous ones, maybe 600-800mb? Can't find a source to validate anything.

Sounds big, really. But then I don't remember most other patches that only included 2 instances, and features, but not a raid.

I'm guessing 300-400, but you might want to aim higher to be safe.

The majority of the patch is server side changes but the new guild finder and any client side changes will need to be patched. ZA/ZG was already patched in with cata so we have the new zone maps already. You can fly through them right now.

I would seriously doubt this patch being big at all.

Yeah good idea after I contact my ISP for more bandwidth allowance I'll ask them if I'm protected for y2k
