Its something that I started noticing after 4.1 came out.... on heroic fights only it seems at this point.

I have been seeing about anywhere between a 3-6% miss on most of my shots on both of the heroic modes that my guild has been attempting. I have not noticed any misses before the patch.

Is this something new? I havent seen this discussed anywhere, even did a brief search on the forums here.

Does anyone have any information or should i start capturing logs and ask blizz if it is working as intended

My only theory other then a 4.1 patch bug, is that the heroic mode fights require a hit cap of at least 1% more then normal (remember 2h melee and hunters in vanilla required 9% hit rating to not miss on a ?? boss mob)

Any information and possible world of logs links that could help figure this out would be cool.
