    Faction change issue

    I recently tried to preform a Faction Change. I entered the required details and the result was a page saying that the transaction is now pending, but the payment failed. Last time I preformed a faction change it the finishing page just said it was now pending. I can't view on the progress, can't log into my character and there is a duplicate character on my server list with a something like AEE5O after my characters name.

    Any help would be great, thank you.
