This is how I think it went down.

Osama has earned the achievement [Not One, But TWO Al Qaeda Planes]
and became Osama, the Touch of Terror.

Then Obama got all jealous he didn't have that kind of epeen and did his own thing and got:

Obama has earned the achievement [Fighting Terror with Terror]
and became Obama, Terrorist of Terror.

I'm thinking best likely scenario.
