sooo, when can we expect to see other classes have their damage "balanced" around trinket procs?

for cereal, obviously devs wanted to nerf what they just had buffed. if they didn't, we'd be looking at a base damage buff while suffering an SP coefficient nerf to the dispel portion, which would make sense if they indeed were actually trying to fix the alleged problem of procs and dispel damage. Obviously they are not. or maybe you have to be a frost mage or warrior to get both nerfed and then buffed to help deal with said nerfs. /shrug.
