Lui user frames?

Does anyone know what the specific name of the add on is that Lui uses for their player/target/party frames? I love the look of it, and want to keep using it but haven't been able to find it. : X

According to the list on the Wowinterface page, oUF is present which is a framework for creating custom frames.
It is likely a layout created for that.
Both that, the layout and any associated media would be required.
