Pitbull 4 LUA health/power text

Hi, I've been look for a way to configure my Pitbull 4 texts, but after an hour searching I've come up with no solution so far.

I want my Health text to be like this:

First, I want to see either the maximum HP (short, like 150k and not 150.000), and if there's HP missing, I want that to show up instead of the maximum HP, also short.
The missing HP should have a red colour if possible. On top of this, I want to have a percentage of the HP, with the percentage being coloured from green when at 100% HP, to red when at 0% HP.


At full HP:
