PVP enchants/gems for a (frost) deathknight?

What are the best enchants to use for a PVP deathknight, slot by slot? 2H frost build, in my case if it varies between builds. I looked around but haven't found any decent information on this, Arenajunkies only mentions spell penetration on the cloak.

Secondly, gems. Arenajunkies recommends strength/resilience/spell penetration in red/yellow/blue slots, but is this absolute? What do I put in blue slots when I'm spell penetration capped? Stamina, stam/res greens, stam/strength purples? What about socket bonuses, how do they factor in?

if u have 2 +50 spell pen gems the spell pen cloak enchant and a str/spell pen gem thats the 195 u need. theres no more blue slots with all the pvp gear..

...Oh, good point. What about enchants? Chest for example... Stamina for survivability, resilience or +20 to all stats?
