Anyways - I gave up with this, decided to just load my character from level 2 and going a bit different path this time, playing sneaky archer with one-handed sword and light shield as secondary weaponry.

At least now the ReProccer works and all my added weapons and armors work well, so they don't have like 15 damage anymore.

If you're going sneaky archer, you might want to try the "proper aiming" mod. It makes archery in third person view a lot less frustrating.
