Where can I find the previous patchnotes, in which they made some changes to for example black cleaver?
On the League of Legends site, the last release notes are the start of season three, where they made all the changes to the jungle etc., can't find the latest ones there

At the bottom there's all the other patches too, not sure if that'll have everything you're looking for or not though, just give a look through those and see.
Level 18 Annie has 93.6 damage, 0.73 attacks per second
Level 18 Caitlyn has 98 damage, 1.1 attacks per second
Headshot is also a pretty mediocre passive and Annie has an easy-to-hit AoE stun.
I mean she pretty clearly wins out in attack speed but it's not like it's the end of the world when whoever gets the upper hand early on (where Annie actually has higher AD) is most likely to win.

Huh. I'm kind of surprised that Epik Gaming got knocked out so fast.
I was of course rooting for FeaR the first game, but i've never even heard of Tower Dive TV. Was a really good game though.
I'm watching the NA qualifiers myself right now. I forgot how exciting those games can be.
Though I don't like this mid from Meat Playground who spams /laugh. It's just bad sportsmanship and shouldn't be done in pro games. :-/
Also, a support question; what's the best item for your first back? Usually I like to go with 4 wards, so I can go for a Philo Stone first, but recently I've been unsure if it's needed and if I should go for a Sightstone first.
Most people were I think. They just crumbled under the pressure.
Dyrus does it all the time on Singed, even in competitive play.I'm watching the NA qualifiers myself right now. I forgot how exciting those games can be.

Ya, they had a lot of big names that a lot of people were rooting for. It was probably the lack of practicing together. They certainly have the individual skill.
As for the taunting or laughing, I see no problem with it. It's annoying if you are the other team, but it's hardly bm unless you just spam it like the entire game. At that point I think your team would be annoyed too though.
I just have a natural hate for cocky people. But then again, I forget not everyone's the same.
It just disappoints me when the winners do that kinda stuff. In my head, good people should win, and good people don't laugh at the enemy team. >_<
Also, what's with this damned dubstep between games? At least play something proper like Zefie always links, instead of this "wubwubwub"-shite.
