Answer the question already: *what* Karthus nerf? Where did you see it?

Because I'm trolling RoG and S@20 several times a day and I can't for the life of me remember seeing such a nerf in the last month.

That person was referring to the nerf several months ago where the global ults (Soraka's, Shen's, Karthus's) got longer CDs. GP's ult is global too, but they didn't touch it because he's wasn't really killing it in the competitive scene at the time.

It's ok, they killed GP when they introduced the new Ninja Tabi.

Unless they stopped Lay Waste from doing 500 damage a pop on lone targets with just half an inventory, I don't see why he'd be.

The mana cost increase to Parrrrley(?) didn't help matters either. At least he wasn't brought down to nerfed Eve or release Yorick tier.

A good Karthus player will go afk farm mode mid. He will have 220cs at 22m ( atleast ). Assuming he does that and he farms, he should have Death Cap + Sorc Shoes + Half another major item or the full item. His Q will do around 400 - 550 dmg ( depending on how much magic resi enemy champ has )

She recently got a major health regen nerf (Was nerfed from 10.4 HP/5 to 6 HP/5) that allowed her to stay in lane. Her snowbally nature (gotta build a lead on the enemy top to stay relevant late-game) doesn't help either.
