Within the first five minutes, then I completely forget about them. The amount of times I've died with health pots still on me is unbelievable.

It's the same principle though. If you can press 2 for a healthpot, you can press 2 for an Hourglass.

Losing critical 5v5 team fights because you forget the things tacked on to your items (with ridiculously small icons; they should be as large as your normal QWERDF buttons if they're an active) is just asking to be flamed. Either you never forget or you skip the issue entirely by picking non-active items (which is what I do).

I can press 2 for a pot when I'm running between jungle camps under no pressure. I forget I have a 2 button in teamfights because I'm focussing on not being caught out of position, healing, poking, and so on. Especially when item icons are so small.

Nasus is awesome, it just takes 30 min to get to that point.
He shines in organized team play were you can get people to stall out the game till you are farmed up.

Yeah, but it's like... Why bother when you can pick an actual champion and not have to stall the game.
Of course it feels good with those Q hits, but... Just doesn't seem worth the effort.
