Yeah it sucks to get only 40 armor and 90 resist from single item slot.

I wonder if there is any reason not to build it when you go double AP. Rly hope it gets some kind of nerf or something.

and morgs duo friend in top reported me

and zed + lee sin from the enemy team said they will report me etc. since that fights lost our inhib so i'm a "bad" player

I remember when i started i used to see it, just thinking that it will be a new AP Yi :P

I've seen like 2 AP Yis other than myself since Alex Ich played him at whichever tournament that was. Might just be because I mostly do normals and haven't finished my ranked placements.

Why do you get so worked up about this? There's absolutely no danger of you ever receiving even a warning in cases like these.

Just ignore them, and move on man.

Why don't I ever get to see those people? Even on my smurfs I haven't seen anybody that bad. Do people like that actually get to 30 and drop down to negative ELO and thats why I haven't seen any at low levels/normal games at 30?

A check of some of those people on LoLKing show that they're in the 600 ELO range. The "delays" in commands could be due to latency, clicking on the abilities to use them, or slow reaction times from the players themselves.

Speaking of ridiculously low ELO, does anyone know what the standard deviation for ELO is in LoL, couldnt find it when i googled it? I know the mean is 1200 or 1250.

It's 1200, but as you win or lose the first 10 matches you'll gain more or lose elo ^^
