I got placed in Bronze II Fiora's Fury. What Exactly does Fiora's Fury mean? Bronze is my league and II is my division in that league, right? What is a skill tier?

No. You will still need to download localization stuff for NA. Even if it did, the server is down.

One of my very first pvp matches was as Ahri against a Teemo in mid... I kept killing him but then the poison got me.

Since then my hate for Teemo became neverending.

The Teemo hate we all have it just keep growing and it will never reach a limit sadly...

It's not real problem. A good Katarina doesn't need the extra 1.5 seconds to kill everyone in the team or to make her team kill everyone in case she dies.

It's kinda of a huge nerf but good Kat players won't be really that affected, well, they will be if it's against an ad carry, but it's situational and yeah.

These changes are focused on once again increasing the risk of Katarina’s gameplay by forcing her to build more offensive stats and focus on pulling off well-timed Death Lotuses.
Bouncing Blades
Initial damage reduced to 60/85/110/135/160 from 60/90/120/150/180
Shunpo
Damage reduction duration reduced to 1.5 seconds from 3
Death Lotus
Total ability power ratio increased to 2.0 from 1.75

Over 20,000, hour long queue. Time increases with each position check. I might go play on EUW because it's not worth the time waiting in this and I have only an hr to waste before class.
