Anyone remember the unique spells Priests had?

You know what made healing not so very interesting? Not being a dwarf and sucking because of it.
You know what made DPS not so very interesting? Not being an Undead and sucking because of it.

I understand people wanting to be unique, but homogenization is also necessary in order to have a balanced game. People should pick the race they want without being punished for their choice.

Just how cool was learning (after very tedious leveling) that you have picked a wrong race back when you didn't know anything about the game and because of that, no one would seriously play with you.
