Second cast showtooltip?

So i have this macro:

#showtooltip
/cast [nomod] premeditation
/cast [mod:alt] shiv; garrote

Now what i want the #showtooltip to do is show the second "Cast command" rather than the first.

(so Shiv if alt held, garrote if not)

#showtooltip [mod:alt]Shiv;Garrote
/cast [form:1/3]Premeditation
/cast [mod:alt]Shiv;Garrote

It was for Shiving in ShadowDance so i took the form part out of it. But thanks a bunch, didnt think it would be that obvious :P
