Is it worth it to cast the proc's as Demo? For any spec for that matter... Seems nice in paper, but should we worry about using it?

I have been tempted to replace my gloves with the one's from Cho'gall... Any input?

I'd rather keep 4set over replacing 1 item.
It's not a great bonus overall, but when it procs its definetly worth using.
