Very nice tool! (Talentree-Builder)

Hi there!

How you can see, im new here.
I havent found any other posting location to ask that kind of question and i dont know where i should post it.. so is ask you guys here and hope its ok. A few weeks ago i found a very nice online-tool do built up your own talentspecs / classes and stuff like that. It is pretty fun! i allready did some additional trees for some classes (deathknight, hunter and priest at the moment and even a totaly new class). So my question is : Is it allowed to use a online tool like this ? or is it forbidden to use all these things ? The reason why i ask this question is : in that tool you can use all these nice World of Warcraft icons and stuff like that.. i hope you can help me
