    What the....

Paladin explanation still doesn't make any sense!!

Holy paladins ended raids with to much mana left. So, we increased the spell cost of single target heals for the WHOLE CLASS.

    very logical >.<

just one of a lot of example of why your explanation fails horribly...

I dont understand what seems to be the problem with Hungering Cold in pvp?. its not used in pve at all and its use comes in pvp and if u hve the trinket (except pala & human), its not a problem at all. Making it a cast time is just too much. Also, u said the dps was slightly lesser for uh compared to frost.. guess wha blizz? u just OPd us, 10% buff should put us right back to where we are supposed to be......and u expect that just because "theoretically" frost has a higher dmg, ppl play frost and now theoretically, UH will hve higher dmg in pvp.........get that into ur f****** head!

We also nerfed Arms and Fury damage across the board because they were doing too much damage in both PvP and PvE. While we are sensitive to casters outperforming melee on several raid encounters, having warriors handily outperform all other melee isn’t the solution to that problem.
Really ? What board ? And telling that bothspecs Arms and Fury were outperforming in both PvP and PvE, that's a lie. Maybe in full 372 ilvl but still doubt it ... what kind of sensitivity about casters outperforming all melee ? I don't see anything done.

Blizzard Retarded : The Glyph of Dark Succor change was to keep Death Strike from providing so much healing in PvP. now Mage is anti class for all class. no nerf mage's dmg??

Yay, good read. Everything makes sense now I agree that this is better than flat numbers and percentages.

So much whining in these comments! it's as if the world (... of warcraft) is coming to an end each and every time Blizz releases a new patch. If you silly whiners spent half of the amount of time on improving your gameplay instead of whining the game might just become enjoyable for you again, after all... it's still a game. If you don't enjoy it any more then /wowquit!

I mean, let's have a look at the whole dps theorycraft thingy going on with sims and ingame damage meters and stuff. Almost all of these are done (talking sims here) on Patchwork style fight, which doesn't correspond 100% to actual game play, but people treat them as such. In game I bet that many of you whinerz look more at recount when playing the game than what's actually going on in the fight!

I would love to see all of you whiners actually try the changes out and if need be report back with constructive feedback after having done some serious testing first, but that I guess, is asking too much of the current wow gaming community... I bet that half of you dimwits wont even remember the changes after a week! /sigh

It was pretty entertaining to read their explanations. Like they were written for 10 year old children. And they probably were as that is how Blizzard look at you players. The whine and drama caused by a patch for a *game* is just hilarious.

The devs lost touch with their playerbase a loooong long time ago. Only now is it becoming more obvious.

sigh, so maaaany changes to paladin (not so many changes to retardin) and stil, they are only empty words.

i mean like...what? buffing our aoe? cool...there were maybe....couple fights where aoe is need, but not weak retri's this time.

also, with the new CC system AoE dmg simply die out (ok ok maybe not on every encounter but....on 95%?)

bah Blizzard i would fire ghostcrawler, fire him, his house and PC!

Everyone knows that deep down.. DK's ruined the game.

your class has been getting barely any nerfs, 2 nerfs aren't going to hurt.

This is why I'm creating a 8 toon garage lol, so when the new fotm comes out. I can put the Not so OP anymore away, and bring out the New OP.

It's sad to see people complain that PvE will be affected by PvP changes. Well, flash news, PvP is also affected by PvE changes, so grow up and deal with it. Devs know what they are doing, believe it or not.

The nerfs to Obliterate and Howling Blast were made because Frost damage was too high in both PvP and PvE. Note that these values were hotfixed -- you shouldn’t see damage drop further when 4.2 goes live.
Have I got this right, these nerfs are already in place on live via a hotfix?

Personally I'm glad to see Unholy back on the map - sick and tired of Frost.

At least I give them credit for trying to explain what they did

no pve rogue is happy, flat dmg buff is nothing when they dont even bother fixing the problems we had since wotlk , no burst, longest ramp up time to do full dmg, and the worst target switching in the game, as for pvp cos/rediness nerfed but dk ams/if gets untouched, shows that they dont play this game or atleast dont play the rogue class anymore, least represented gets least fixes.

But the problem is, is that Glyph of Dark Succor was added/redesigned -- whichever -- to address survival for Frost and Unholy in PvE in the first place. With the change to the glyph in 4.2, it is now going to be a waste of a glyph slot.

As a shaman, I was at first excited to try out the new mechanic for Fire Nova when Blizzard rolled it out. It was something different and it seemed to have the potential to be an actual improvement. Now that there's been plenty of time to experience it, however, I must say that it is quite clunky and feels like it completely missed its purpose. By the time I could get even 2 Flame Shocks on adds to make Fire Nova worthwhile, they're either very close to death or are already dead. I would rather Blizzard rolled back to the previous Fire Nova.
