It`s probably not that unique but I had roasted pigeon a few years back, tasted like chicken.

    - boiled/steamed silkworm pupae (hehehe.. it's actually quite good.. crunchy, salty.. goes great with beer)
    - duck blood soup (gross)
    - live squid (don't be a noob like me and not chew enough.. otherwise these suckers will suction onto the inside of your tongue/mouth/throat)
    - chicken gizzards (not that weird to some people)
    - blood sausages (again, not that weird to some)
    - and then obviously your weird seafood.. sea slugs, sea cucumbers, sea urchins, abalones

Chocolate or sour cream and onion covered grasshoppers. I used to buy them at the candy shop in Old Sacramento and eat them like they were going out of style. Nice and crunchy.

Crocodile and kangaroo are both fantastic meats. Croc especially. Oh god... it's like if amazing chicken and amazing steak had a lovechild, and that lovechild was everything that two amazing meats could possibly be.

...that sounded a little weird, but the point is, that's some damn good meat. Not nearly as exotic as some in here, but still betting many haven't tried em.

Well, top of the list must be a Norwegian treat called Smalahove. Which is a sheep head, and all the contents of it. You eat out of the head. No, I am NOT kidding, even though most people my age refer to it as "barbaric", I prefer the term "fantastic".

    Want a link? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smalahove
