new tier gear question

im currently wearing a few heroic tier 11 equip.....name is Tronz if u wanna look me up cause i cant post links yet......so my question is , im wearing heroic tier 11 chest ,gloves, and legs and according to mr robot its my BIS until tier 12 heroic. So if thats correct am i screwed outa my tier 12 bonus til we start on killing heroic bosses? Should i possibly say screw it and replace em w/ reg tier 12?

Mr Robot is a bit behind when it comes to scaling, but I would get one more tier gear (Helm or Shoulders) so you can sport 2 T11 and 2 T12.
