Firelands - Is there many magic effects?

Hey there all, with 4.2 out tomorrow I'm currently getting all ready for it like everyone else is, one question I was wondering though - as I've not played the PTR my self much. Is there many magic effects in Firelands, as I'm wondering if I should spec into the dispell magic when I could put a point somewhere else and increase my healing output.
