Hey so i have a question, i tried to look for in on google, yahoo, and youtube , the thing im searching for is about the movie The Green Hornet, with Seth Rogen, Cameron Diaz and such, anyways if you watch the official trailer for this movie at

The first like 10seconds at the start of the trailer that guys sings that song ''There is a party going down at the Casa-De-Britt, bring all of your friends as long as they are chicks'', im wondering if that is a real song and what is the name or it, or... is just a 10-15second music theme made just for the movie itself?
