So guys I was just wondering what supps i should take batween when I'm raiding naxx40 and when I'm working out. I dont want to start on enything to haevy like BCAAs or Wheey protien steronds but could u recomond some things if i did take these heavy sterons like a pct of some kind like fish oil or glutamine.
