first of all. sorry for bad english.. ok here comes my question.
i live in belguim and i have started playing lord of the rings online. now i want to upgrade the account to vip service (prepaid cards).
i have no acces to payment cards. tho pre-paid cards are no longer buyeble for lotro over here.
what would you sugest to do?
1: tryd ebay. no gametime cards there
2:tryd playing without vip option. lacks a lot of fun.
3: out of options and asking mmo champ /ashamed

As far as I know, they stopped using gametime cards years ago already. Your best bet would be PayPal transfer if you don't have accees to credit or debit cards.

I already said that PayPal would be the way to go.

You can try finding a prepaid debit card at some of your local stores. You should be able to buy them with cash, and the work online just like a normal debit card.
