Does Rag heal when going into last phase?

On heroic Rag phase 4 is supposed to start at 10%, but in this screenshot http://www.vanion.eu/static/userfiles/vluk25rj.jpg it shows his health at 42.6mil and his legs are out.

Yes he heals and its assumed he heals to 50% as is shown in that screenshot.

The transition event is pretty cool, and explains both why he heals at all, as well as why not to full while at it.
