Healers don't have 'rotations'. You should react to what the situation is, and use the right spell for the job.

as healer u have always to manage few things: keep up spells u have to on player u r healing ie. beacon as pala, shield as priest etc. ... and then just react on incoming dmg with ur cds, choose most mana/HpS efficient heals for the moment and just not let ur "target" die or run out of mana ... healers dont have any given rotation, and thats the main point why some people find them attractive ...

Agreed but should I always have PW: S up on the Tank?

In general, use a shield every 12 seconds for raputre and keeping the tank up with Gheal/heal is the most sustainable method.
If damage is particularly high for a time then sure, use a shield every time you clear weakened soul off him for extra throughput.

Making smart choices is the most efficient way to heal.
    1) Shield tank every 10-12 Sec (depending on the specific tank's mitigation and such.)
    2) Keep your Grace stack on the tank as much as possible, that is what heal is for.
    3) Try to keep DA up on the tank if possible, using heal.
    4) Use AA if you need big heals.
    5) Do not neglect the power of Renew and PoM when you can predict big hits incoming. in 3 Sec you can have Shield, Renew and PoM on tank and start casting GHeal.
    6) Use PoH to help tank group when tank is not taking a lot of damage. (Able to keep that DA up on tank).

Just a few tips to heal.

There isn't a rotation as a healer. It's more of a priority or situational type thing.
You really shouldn't be asking, not to be rude, but if you read your abilities you will know what everything does and you will find a situation to use it.

Anyway, when there is Party wide damage, use Prayer of Healing and try and get Divine Aegis up on everyone, which provides a small bubble to everyone in the group (including yourself).
Keep the Tank up with a Bubble, use Prayer of Mending off cooldown, Greater Heal as a conservative heal, and Flash Heal as a quick and inefficient heal to get someone up if they are dropping quickly.

castsequence=Holy fire, smite, smite, smite, smite, smite, reset=10 <--- only rotation i use. Rest is all situational

Tip: Try using Penence after every bubble(Penence doesnt eat the haste buff u get from PW:S)

Healers don't have a specific rotation in any fight... You need to get to know your priest, know its spell's well then familiarize yourself with the damage output on the encounters you are going to be healing then use what you have learned and try use the best tool for the job, all the while managing mana, cd's, proc's etc.

Single target: start with a penance for grace then pw:s followed by either holyfire/smite or greater heal depending on the health of the tank and as said above penance after pw:s is good as well. Binding heal can be nice on bethilac for example.
Multi target: prayer of mending if it will bounce a few times, PoH and save low people with a pw:s

But its so situational if you're tankhealing but there is also some aoedamage going out bouncing pom on the tanks is good or just throwing out a poh between the single target heals
