Get rid of the Rune of Zeth for a Moonwell Chalice (Hyjal dailies). It's the perfect trinket for Arcane.

You could probably swap the helm for a tier helm and equip Ragnaros gloves if you get those also, as it doesn't look like you raid any heroics.
