[macro][Help]Un-rounded stats

I'm currently working with a friend to create a chart lining the linear diminish of Resilience, but we've kind of hit a block, we're thinking its due to blizzard rounding the statistics. Would anybody have knowledge of a macro that could assist us to find the unrounded values?

Resilience doesn't diminish linearly. Survivability increases linearly.
