@hexartus: I already RMAd the board; I'll be getting a new one (hopefully by the end of the week), and I'll be able to put it back together and hope everything works out.

@Sephiracle: I thought I already mentioned that the ram switch placements didn't help at all =P I tried multiple placements, actually, with none of them working the hard drives aren't the issue, either. In fact, I've put together my old build with my motherboard/amd processor and everything is running smoothly. There isn't a hardware issue with anything else besides the new mobo or processor. I'm starting with the motherboard since that's what is likely causing the issue (from what I've read online). I've also read that it's extremely difficult to diagnose a problem when you can't even make it to the BIOS because the screen is black despite the fact that the power is on and all the fans are spinning.
