    Fair enough. But, for the sake of the OP I would simply say; get a new PSU if you plan to get a new GPU. And the 460 is > compared to the 550 ti.

    A lot of modern ones come with 1-4 varying on the specifications.

    The Corsair I linked will work with the 460 as it has 2x6+2pin connectors AND can pull the power the card requires.

    Is it okay if it uses one of the following power connectors?:

    1 x power 24 pin ATX with detachable 4 pin section
    1 x power 8 pin +12V with detachable 4 pin section
    2 x 8 pin PCI Express power with detachable 2 pin section
    6 x 15 pin Serial ATA power
    3 x 4 pin internal power
    1 x 4 pin mini-power connector

    Yeah, you'll have to detach the extra 2 pins on each PCI-E connector.
