Give enough differences between two different clans of Pandaren and have them be part of a succession war in Pandaria, and you can have both factions with Pandaren. Maybe give one side the military caste and the other side the priest caste (but don't limit classes either way, it just results in one caste being bulkier and the other being slimmer to subscribe to Blizzard's policy of silhouette recognition).

" As the night elves' obsession with the forces of magic drove them to the brink of madness, the gentle pandaren severed ties, withdrew and closed their borders,[4] and left the night elves behind forever."

Sounds like they might be horde..Would make sense to have a horde this XPac with out a mount.
" Pandaren are bipedal creatures, but their ursine forms allow them to move at tremendous speed on four limbs. When a pandaren drops down to all fours, his speed increases greatly. He must have nothing in his hands to use quadrupedal movement."

I have some speculation!
I believe the "Mists of Pandaria" is an expansion.
Maybe a certain dangerous mist came from Pandaria and will be in the sea, maybe we'll go to islands and explore the cause of the mist. We can say Azshara did this!
Small speculation.
Stulti se laudant.

Btw if this is true OP is a pretty awesome guy and should be noted as the person who found the next expansion...

They are giving us a new continent that we know nothing about and people are raging about pandas...
The Pandaren are also very gentle. Garrosh's behaviors would be a major turnoff. My personal belief is that we won't see them as playable unless, like I noted above, Blizzard gives physical differences to two different factions and one joins the Horde, the other joins the Alliance. Pandaren are.... really damned popular, it would likely be seen as a major insult if one faction gets them and the other doesn't. A hero class available to all, with a starting experience taught by pandaren, would be much easier to work with, thematically speaking if not in terms of game mechanics/balance.

This looks strangely real, but I'm not completely convinced, yet .. the whole idea of pandaren going canon sounds outrageous to me ..
Then again, this probably means it's real. When there was speculation about playable worgen I thought it was BS, too.
