Everyone, really? Neutral faction? That would not only fuck up BG's, PvP, and everything else, it's retarded. Please just stop. Pretty sure Blizzard will follow they're regular method. BC=Factions, WotLK=Hero Class, Cata=Factions, Mists=Hero Class. The Pandaren will be NPCs, obviously. You won't have an expansion named after only one race.

Give one team the big and bulky, well-muscled warrior caste, and the other team the softer, 'classic' priest or commoner caste.

edit: That ought to address any silhouette problems, and I already fancrafted an explanation as to why they'd join the Alliance and Horde with all the caffiene-fueled gusto I bullshitted a "If Varian was his pre-comics self" progression into Cata's storyline in another thread.
