Transfer/Faction change trouble

Came back after a long break, and now im trying to switch servers. I've been logged in to the game already, so i know my chars exist. And i can't log in to the official forums, cuz it says my account is frozen.

Thing is, before i logged into the game, i found my char on the server. After logging out, it was gone.

Anyone know what this is?

So you logged in, logged back out, initiated a transfer, logged back in, and found your character missing? How long was it between initiating the transfer and logging back in?
