High level version of the Dia spell, usable by white mages. Lowers the target's attack rating.

Anyways, OT: It depends. If it's something like pay 5$ to play D3 for a few hours, then probably, because every now and then I have 5$ to spare and it removes some of the angst of waiting for a game.
Seeing as it's completely optional, why not.
