    Question about Halfus HC

    Hey there =)

    As the Title said, i have a simple Question about Halfus HC 10m.

    So is the 20% casttime for Shadow Nova increase only for the nhc version or the HC too?

    Cause in the patchnotes only stand "Cast time from Shadow Nova increased by 20%"
