Not super serious. Most of my RP is joking with my friends when we are in a dungeon with one random PuG (If the PuG is willing to put up with some RP they are guaranteed a full, fast, and successful run of whatever we are doing).

Partially. I used to create a story behind my favorite characters, still, I'm not a fan of "full RP".

I moved to the Sha'tar and then Argent Dawn intending to RP, but I rarely do actually RP. It's quite fun though. So I do, but not very often.

not really, occasionally me and my guild or a few friends do some RP in trade or in orgrimmar, were on a pvp server and the abuse you get for rping is pretty funny.

The Warcraft universe is an amazing medium for some very memorable roleplaying, but the game and it's community in it's current setting is not. I would never subject myself to the reaction from this game's population should I ever try and RP in game, outside of whispers.

I haven't done anything serious in almost 6 years, though I do enjoy writing backstory for my characters and even familiarizing myself with their persona as an individual, I'd never go as far as to act it out.

Yea I RP, usually you have to get a group of people who also want to RP, or your left out.

Even on RP servers, people make a character then bash RP and ask why the fuck your RP'in, you just point to the server and lul at them.

I have characters on RP realms, mostly lower levels, but I'm not a hardcore RPer.
I haven't made up my mind if I want to transfer one of my many maxed chars to one of the Euro RP realms.

All the time. Every one of my small horde of alts has a real name and a backstory, and I like to hunt down the server's RP hotspots and meet new people. I've made some friends who have become very dear to me IRL that way.

I joined an RP server that a friend plays on. I'm not a big fan of RP but I keep it up just to not spoil the atmosphere. Sometimes it can be kinda cozy.

Youbetcha. I keep my in-character flag up at all times when I'm ingame, it's made for some pretty memorable events like when I got grouped with a group from Moon Guard, we all RPed through Scholomance. That was a ton of fun.
