Avengers of Hyjal rewards

Hey everyone!

Two quick questions about the 'Avengers of Hyjal' rewards:

1.) Is it possible to wear 2 (different) rings? So for example: Spell DPS and Spell Spi (both very good for me as a moonkin). I think it's possible because the Valor Point Rings have some extra information in their tooltip, which does say it's only possible to wear 1 VP Ring. Some say yes, but some say no.

2.) Is it possible to upgrade the 378 rewards to 391 with the Firestones? Again, some say yes and some say no.

I know the capes you cant upgrade, the rings you can wear 2 different ones(like the spirit one and the hit one).

as long as blizz doesn't change anything you can only upgrade BoE's with firestones.
despite ranged slot / relic of course, which are bought through valor.

Wrong. Acording to people I know from vodka Its been proven you cannot go check armories of vodka's shadowpriests and boomkins double ring would be BIS but all are only wearing 1 ring+1 378 ring atm if you dont believe me.
