Does Destruction Mastery affect the damage of fel flame?? it is called shadowflame damage

I don't know and am a lil to lazy to check atm but surely you could fully reforge to mastery unequip proc trinkets and power torrent on weap and check on the dummy with and without the mastery reforge.
