at my BIOS thingy it says my CPU are at 30 degrees Celcius and my speedfan program it says my CPU are at 80 degrees so which one shall i trust the most?

Speedfan is reported to be wrong a lot, and BIOS is always right.
BIOS is not an idle temperature
Speedfan you need to concern yourself with Core temps, not CPU temps. The CPU sensor is a sensor on the board itself and is known to be very different then the actual cpu temperature.

If you want a good CPU temp monitor use RealTemp. I use it whenever I am doing overclocking, benchmarks, and stress tests.

I use hwmonitor from there and it gives accurate cpu temp readings.. does gpu temps and other stuff too.
