    No, you are correct.

People love to make the assumption that because the earthen were not flesh, and the curse of flesh made them flesh, that the curse of flesh only works on "non flesh" beings.

There are 3 (4 if you count Kvaldir) types of "Vyrkul" that we know of.
    - Normal "Big Mean, Fleshy and Blue" Vyrkul. Lets call these "pure" Vyrkul. These were the original "Land bound" titan Vyrkul creations, quite possibly the Vyrkul were actually intended as the original Titan "colony" race for the land portions of Azeroth. Remember, the earthen were originally created to be more like maintenance workers then colonists.

    - Cursed "Smaller, Still Fleshy, and Pink" descendants of Vyrkul. Lets call these "Humans" These were the result of the Curse of Flesh working to "weaken" and already Flesh Based Race.

    - Iron "Big, Mean, Iron looking" Vyrkul. These were created entirely by Lokien after he got his hands on the Forge of Wills. They are not decended, evolved, cursed or in any other way related to the Pure Vyrkul.

As for the Kvaldir, there is a possible theory that the Kvaldir may have been the original Titan Constructs indended to "colonize" the ocean portions of azeroth, and when the Shattering Happened and dumped Ashzara into their midst, their entire civilization ended up in a giant war, which the lore Flashbacks from Vash'jir seems to indicate they were losing badly. This may be why we never really saw much of the Kvaldir untill recently.

Huh. That only just clicked. Well, Blizzard has teased that the Old Gods on Azeroth aren't the only ones. Maybe it wasn't just the warlocks that caused Draenor to go Chernobyl--maybe Draenor was the victim of a re-origination and the denizens of Outland happened to get extraordinarily lucky?

so if so,why are trolls even around?
    are they evolutionarily defunct?
are they so bad that evolution has halted in an attempt to force them out of existence?

Better question, where is our Uld'raenor (see what I did there?)

Why did the Orcs not find it?
    Did the Draenei find it?

Well, according to Blizzard's "Maybe/maybe not" from the WoW encyclopedia, the dark trolls who evolved into night elves did so after contact with Moonwells and Elune, so there could have been direct divine intervention at work there rather than pure natural selection.

most of these seem like jokes if you ask me.

So if Night Elves evolved from Dark Trolls, does this make Elune - also worshipped by another pre-titan race - like the ultimate Loa?

Also I wonder if exposure to the remnants of the well at Hyjal could cause any other evolutionary transformations?

Everything comes back to Old Gods...

"The Ettin are from Draenor and are a "missing link" in the evolution of ogres"

"Earth Giants apparently were turned into Gronn (perhaps via the curse of flesh) who then turned into ogres and ettin."

So Ettin are from Draenor but Earth Giants are from Azeroth? Or are these "Earth Giants" not in the same family as our Storm Giants, Frost Giants, etc?

    1) Just throwing this out--maybe Nova's headstone in Netherstorm is all that's left of it.
    2) They seem to have been restricted to what's now Hellfire Peninsula, Shadowmoon Valley, and Nagrand. It could have been up in Netherstorm or Blade's Edge.
    3) They may have, but they seemed to mostly stay in Zangarmarsh and Terokkar, Blade's Edge was largely gronn/ogre territory and Netherstorm was... freaky weird shit territory.
    4) ... They could be. They might also be Draenor's trolls: ancient, savage, the first genuine lifeforms with sprawling empires hidden away from the world that eventually fell to ruin, it seems at the Horde's hands.

Is there anything that says Old Gods Had to be on every planet the titans messed with though? Just wondering, not sure on all the Titan/Old God Lore

I'm not so keen on the idea that she's an Old God. If anything, given the Ancients' ties to the loa, she may be a sort of highly-ascended loa or even a Titan construct, but for her to be an Old God doesn't really click. None of her motives follow those of the Old Gods, in fact, she seems diametrically opposed to their MO.

pretty sure all that pandaren lore pretty much confirms MoP as an expansion. they haven't been mentioned in ages, and all of a sudden their given lore background?

There is a good chance that if there was a titan Lore repository (like Uldaman / Ulduar etc) on Draenror, that it simply got blown up / lost completely during the shattering of the planet. For all we know, huge chunks of draenor could simply be missing (floated off into the Nether, destroyed completely, etc).

Looks like they are connected to Anzu, more than just worship.

Also, I hope they go more into the history of the Tauren. Would love to see more about their origin come to light.
Back in the day they used to eat grass while standing on all fours. Now they do it standing on 2 feet.

    1. what's that?
    2. Based on WC2 map, the Laughing Skull clan was out in Netherstorm ish area, just throwing it out there. Perhaps that is why they were able to accept KJ in form because they saw him in Uld'raenor?
    3. Netherstorm was once cool and grassy fields and shit, and there was at least one draenei city; Enkaat.
