    Video RAM help

    So I am trying to increase my graphic settings on WoW manually, and to do that I need to know my VRAM. I opened up dxdiag, and went to display, device, and went to Approx. Total Memory, and it said: 2784 mb. Now the card I have is a EVGA GTX 460, and the card only has 1024 mb of memory, anyone know why that is?

    That's because dxdiag shows a bit of shared system memory. Use GPU-Z, it will give you a more accurate reading.
