Just saw your edit reason. Staff looks good, but personally I'd get one with an effect to match the shoulders.

I usually just use the heroic rag belt when mogging t12. There isn't really a belt in the game that goes perfectly with the heroic set. The look grew on me during FL when there was no xmog and I always go back to it so that's my suggestion.

It's a mix of the vengeful helm/robe, the merciless shoulders/gloves/boots/belt, and the cloak that perfectly matched the merciless gear. Along with my guild tabard, I think the mix looks much better than either full set does. And the latest honor sword/offhand matched remarkably well, so I haven't changed them. I'd been using the wrathful staff before, but I'll stick with this for a while at least.
