Spaulders are from PvP season 7
Staff is from Dragon Soul I think

Helm is Xaril's Hood of Intoxicating Vapors Heroic. Same as T14.
Relentless shoulders.
Cataclysmic robe, gloves and belt(accuracy).
Wep is Ti'tahk, the Steps of Time normal.
Boots are Malefic ones. I use them for everything.

Something I was playing around with last night, a mix of T2 and S11. Not too sure about the belt, will likely replace it with Nemesis Belt, once it drops for me. Gloves and shoulders seem to work, though.

Nothing unique but I like it though. Still havent got the gloves. The Staff kinda looks better ingame I pretend that the white ball is the demons life force/soul bound to me xD

But about staff, i think Charmed Cierge or Nightstaff of the Everliving could do better, or one from Ahn'Qiraj. With perhaps Claymore of Ancient Power or Despair for demon (Redish Heallreaver is bit off to the rest, purple set, purple skin)
