Hooray! crimson felt hat. Robe of volatile power! wizard hats and cloth hoods! I for one enjoyed the toned down gear and clothes and regular chainmail and what not. Not really a big fan of all the spikes, fire, and too crazy looking gear in WoW. Id rather look like a knight or somethin.

Wow, a lot of folks here aren't reading before posting.

Their statement:
"Hey, you're getting completely shafted on content, but look - you can make your gear look like anything you want*!

They've stated pretty clearly that there will be severe limitations when this feature goes live, including the example of not being able to use the Twill set. This is just a distraction from the fact that Deathwing is the next and final raid. Sad that it worked on so many players.

Why sad? This expansion was a disaster, the drop of subs shows that. Blizzard went back in what they said of customization, who cares about twill "set?" Its a minor detail. What we are commenting here is the possibility of using the previous sets. Plus deathwing isnt a great villain. Glad he is going down and we can move foward to a new decent expansion (hopefully). This is the first time EVER in 6 years i disagree with people complaining of this next patch. They always have bad parts but this one seens fabulous this far.

LOL you seriously think that Blizzard gonna make us wait for an entire years??? you didnt see what's going on? the next x-pac where suppose to be every years so I say that the 4.3 patch will be out for x-mas since they already start to leak info on it. and for june when school finnish they will release the next x-pac.

I didn't start palying cata when it was released(december) since I was in the middle of my exam period, but I was looking at the news, and blizz had to release like, daily hotfixes for a month or so. And Southern Howling Fxord is still on the Uldum chat chanel, and you get a rather nasty surprise when you corpse release(hint: you awake in uldum) Oh and avoid jumoing off waist high stuff in swamp of sorrows. In most of the time it will hit you for your max health. You mixed up blizzard with bioware

I would be ok with them making caster leather and cloth interchangeable, since they look pretty close aesthetically, but other than that no effing way. The last thing I want is to see warriors running around in cloth or priests in plate.

Well... I think probably the plate warrior will be able to use pre-40 mail. I hope in truth, because I would love to use a model like Sandrene's Invisible Vest as my Hunter's chest piece. Being a level 33 piece it's leather, and not mail.

This, and this alone, will bring me back to wow. Yeah there's some stupid restrictions but those will get smoothed out with enough time and QQ on the forums.
