Warrior with a cross is one thing, a recolor of a previous warrior set with a cross on it is something else.

last 2 pvp sets suck, to be perfectly honest.
S11 set a new level of awesome, paladiny set, but the last two.... they are not paladiny at all.

The Warrior S9 set has more of a Chinese style helmet, with some kind of giant maw replacing the character's face, probably to invoke the appearance of a Twilight fiend. The Warrior shoulders are simple layered pauldrons with the same gaping maw underneath. The Paladin S14 set has a Teutonic knight's helm with some spikes and a pair of steampunk cowlings with tusks bound underneath for shoulders. Yes, they both have spikes, and glowy things behind grates, and this describes about 99% of all WoW raid and PvP armor, so it's not really a compelling case.

Both the shoulders and the head have almost the same shape with grates and spikes, and those two pieces are the things you notice first on a set. I'm not saying they're completely a like, but those two pieces are too similar for my taste.
And 99% is very, very, very over exaggerated. The only pieces that share similar features to the head are the two I mentioned, and the hunter pvp bucket helm from a season I don't remember the name of. So yes, a very compelling case. Prove me wrong by showing some other pieces very similar to those three. Considering 99% of all armor looks like it, it shouldn't be too hard for you, bub.

I agree. It looks like no effort was poured into it, and it has no paladin feel to it what so ever.

I am very surprised they have added a cross-like icon into our armor. They've been very, very, very, very careful not to because the Light has themes but isn't related to a few IRL religions we have going. Also, someone try xmogging a polearm on the PTR and get back to us if you can!


Hrmm. That season 14. It's eerily similar to the Siegebreaker Battlegear in the color theme. http://www.wowhead.com/transmog-set=694 A pity that color version is for warriors only. The dark blue ones we can use might not go too well with this one.

Also wowhead has them marked for faction-only for colors. The blue for the Alliance and red for Horde. The green is more than likely the elite version.

Yes yes yes yes yes.

I am very pleased to see someone using the t2 with the t12 heroic. The colors work well together. The tabard was an excellent choice as it blends the off-white cloth feel to the pants, making it appear to be matching as well.


I feel for ya on the enchant. Perhaps try getting a two handed with a fiery enchant on it? There are a couple I know that don't get overtaken by Dancing Steel.
