I have the blue midsummer tabard, don't think I can get the red one anymore. Tabard of the Achiever looks decent, I'll think about it, but meanwhile, I have a new transmog to share which I just had to make after I finally got a decent looking white-silver-ish belt!

Yea you can, you can put the one you currently have in Void Storage and then go to the Tabard vendor and get the other.

It is. And next patch, the upgrade to the cloak adds more blue colour to it, making it to fit my transmog even better. Thank you Blizzard!
